1. The Check-in time is 14:00 afternoon and the Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
2. The Working Hours for the Restaurant are from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM and for the Cafe are from 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM.
3. The rates per night differ for non-Iranian and Iranian guests, even if the reservation was made by an Iranian.
4. It is not possible to stay at Nezamiyeh Boutique Hotel without prior reservation.
5. All hotel rooms are for 2 people, and the stay of more people requires extra bed and higher rates per night.
6. For the stay of a child under 6 years old with 2 adults, an amount of 500 thousand Tomans will be charged, and if an extra bed is needed, the cost of an extra bed will be charged.
7. Damage to the Objects and Equipments of a room is subject to Damage Charge.
8. Nezamiyeh Boutique Hotel is not responsible for providing parking spaces to guests, and it is not possible to park motorbikes and cars inside the property.
9. Since food is prepared daily in the hotel, the food is served with prior reservation.
